At Cable Doctor, we are commited to keeping your cable tester up and running and will do our very best to help if you do have problems. Each Cable Tester has a one year guarantee, and if one does break down we can usually get a replacement to you, within the U.K., the following day (we do not insist on checking the fault before supplying a replacement). Historically our testers have proven to be very reliable, with less than 2% of them ever developing any fault. In good environments the failure rate is lower still. To date, we have never charged for repairing any tester that has developed a fault, even when the fault occurred several years after purchase (naturally we cannot promise to keep this up).
Telephone support is provided at no cost and if we make further general improvements to the software these will be made available with no charge for the 12 months following purchase.
We are able to make customised adapters to overcome particular connectivity problems and we also specialize in tailoring the software to meet individual requirements. All enquiries regarding customised solutions, additional features, incorporation into automated processes, etc. are welcomed, and our ability to meet bespoke requirements has historically proven to a valuable asset to both us and many of our customers.
We are so confident that you will be impressed by Cable Doctor products that new customers can take advantage of a seven day free trial period*. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with what you receive return it to us within the trial period and you will not be invoiced.
