Product Description
This cable tester has over five thousand test points and is currently used for testing printed circuit boards which control the reactor core onboard nuclear submarines. Our software has evolved over a long period, based on customer feedback, to satisfy a wide range of demands... Remarkably, the only software modification asked for was an additional function to print a particular style of Test Pass certificate!
The cable tester is manufactured in a purpose-built stove-enamelled steel enclosure, containing 40 individual Cable Doctor boards daisy-chained together. This method allows single units to be built with an almost limitless number of test points. The following picture illustrates how easy it is to link together large numbers of Cable Doctor PCBs.
